Buckcherry has just snagged a highly coveted spot as a special guest on Nickelback’s “Dark Horse” fall tour dates! They will be joining fellow rockers Three Days Grace on this autumnal roadtrip.
This news is the cherry on top of their year’s ice cream! Last week Buckcherry confirmed the release date for their upcoming third record, All Night Long, is locked in for August 3 for their North American fans.
The band is currently wrapping up things in the studio. The title track and first single has been released and its video premiered on Yahoo! this past Monday, the 17th.
As a thank you to fans for all the support over the years, Buckcherry offered the new single “All Night Long” as a free download via their official website, Facebook page and Twitter page. Buckcherry, possibly the only band to get the words “crazy bitch” stuck in your mind, have just released one more thing that’s bound to rehash itself in your mind: their first ever live album.
The album, called Live & Loud 2009, features the above-mentioned song, as well as “Sorry,” “Lit Up,” “Ridin’,” and “Everything,” as well as songs from their latest album Black Butterfly.
So why did they decide to make the live album? Singer Josh Todd can answer that one:
“We are at our best at a live show so we wanted to capture what this band is all about live.”
