Buckcherry headlining Jagermeister Music Tour

Apparently, Buckcherry has paid enough touring dues to finally earn the top slot. The hard rocking band has played second fiddle to Avenged Sevenfold and Nickelback, but no more. The Jagermeister Music Tour is giving them the headlining spot for this year’s roadtrip that starts mid-January.

Joining Buckcherry will be Hellyeah, All That Remains and The Damned Things. You can catch them starting Jan. 19 in San Diego, Calif., with stops in Reno, Chicago, Minneapolis, Baltimore, Philly and more, before they finish up in Atlanta on Feb. 24.

“This is the first time we’re really going to be able to celebrate the theme of our album, All Night Long, on the road,” Buckcherry guitarist Keith Nelson said. “It’s going to be loud and sweaty, just the way we like it.”

Buckcherry has just snagged a highly coveted spot as a special guest on Nickelback’s “Dark Horse” fall tour dates! They will be joining fellow rockers Three Days Grace on this autumnal roadtrip.

This news is the cherry on top of their year’s ice cream! You can still get Buckcherry tickets now for the short headlining stint the band is finishing up this summer before heading out with Nickelback and company. In addition, the highly anticipated release of their new album, All Night Long, is lighting up the blogosphere and their Twitter page.

New Buckcherry Album Coming Soon

Last week Buckcherry confirmed the release date for their upcoming third record, All Night Long, is locked in for August 3 for their North American fans.

The band is currently wrapping up things in the studio. The title track and first single has been released and its video premiered on Yahoo! this past Monday, the 17th.

As a thank you to fans for all the support over the years, Buckcherry offered the new single “All Night Long” as a free download via their official website, Facebook page and Twitter page. The response was so overwhelming, claiming over 10,000 hits, that Twitter had to temporarily shut down the download because the requests overloaded the system! Frontman Josh Todd responded, “Our fans are rad and we send them props for helping to overload Twitter! We are really proud of the new songs and can’t wait for everyone to hear the album.”

Buckcherry releases first ever live album

Buckcherry, possibly the only band to get the words “crazy bitch” stuck in your mind, have just released one more thing that’s bound to rehash itself in your mind: their first ever live album.

The album, called Live & Loud 2009, features the above-mentioned song, as well as “Sorry,” “Lit Up,” “Ridin’,” and “Everything,” as well as songs from their latest album Black Butterfly.

So why did they decide to make the live album? Singer Josh Todd can answer that one:

“We are at our best at a live show so we wanted to capture what this band is all about live.”
